Sales Management

As Sales Manager, General Manager and VP at the media consulting firm Broadcast Programming, Jim strategically guided a dynamic, growing content company from a six figure revenue base to over $20 million annually.

Most recently at IDEA Health and Fitness, Jim was responsible for historic results as his team increased sales from $1.5 million to $2.25 million in the first year and over 300% over the next six years.





LaMarca Strategies works with companies looking for outside perspective on developing sales and marketing strategic plans, including personnel infrastructure, software systems, and digital and print communication, with the goal of developing brand and market share.

Startups and high growth

Jim oversaw the development of a startup content company with offices in Washington, D.C. Seattle, Los Angeles and New York. Clients include companies such as a national talk, podcast and content network, a North American marketing services organization, and  a fitness technology startup.

Senior Management

As COO of Jones Media, Jim’s responsibilities expanded to oversee five offices, more than 100 products and several hundred employees with over $35 million in sales.
